The brewing of a gluten-free belgian ale continues

Now the brew has been in the fermenter for almost 2 weeks. I measured OG (original gravity) seconds after pouring everything into the fermenter, now I’m going to take a SG (specific gravity) and of course taste my first gluten-free brew.

OG = 56-58

SG = 12-14

The brew tastes very much yeast, in a few days I will measure again and hopefully the fermentation will be done. Then its time for a dry hop for a few days so Ill get more hop taste in the beer.The brew tastes now almost no hops at all, but both smell and taste yeast, as well as a bit sour. I do not hope the lactic acid bacteria have ended up in my brew.
