The brewing of a gluten-free belgian ale continues, part 2

To get more hops flavor it was time to dry hop. I use a bag made of eco-fabrics, filled it with 3 grams of hops per liter and put it into the brew.

After 4 days, I removed the bag and startet to bottle the beer. I added approximately 3.5 grams of sugar per 50cl bottle of beer so Ill get a good and natural carbonic acid.

Just before the bottling, I test FG (final gravity)

OG = 56-58
FG = 12

The alcohol content will then be about 5.8% – 6.1%
Now I’ll have to wait another 2 weeks before I try the beer, but it will probably take 4-6 weeks before it reaches its full potential.
